Are you a Customer Service Enthusiast?
We are in search of a Summer Student CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE who will:
Handle phone inquiries and process orders
Conduct data entry tasks
Provide support to sales representatives
Resolve customer account issues proficiently
Manage credits and exchanges
Assist with Accounts Receivables collection
Attend to "walk-in" customers, showcasing samples, taking orders, and measurements
Support various telemarketing initiatives
The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, a professional telephone etiquette, be a team player, and possess the ability to work independently. They should enjoy interacting with people and solving problems. Familiarity with the AS400 system and basic PC skills are advantageous.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Data Entry skills
