Pompco is very proud of its reputation and positive image in Canada. The time has now come to place more emphasis on the Ontario market by adding a new player to the team as an Ontario sales representative.

YOU LOVE:

To explore the market on your assigned territory;

To represent the business with future clients in order to assess their needs and sell them the appropriate products;

To make courtesy calls or visits to follow up on clients;

To develop the territory assigned by the sales director in order to increase the business’s market share and to close sales with future clients;

To continuously update your knowledge of products, benefits and features;

To keep abreast of market trends that may affect current and future sales;

Any other task to succeed in the position.

IDEALLY, YOU HAVE:

Experience as a sales representative in an untapped territory;

Some knowledge in the area of pumps would be an asset;

Verbal communication and active listening skills, as well as an understanding of the client’s needs, persuasiveness, persistence, independence, thoroughness in follow-ups and a clear passion for customer service
