Insight Global is looking for a HR Business Analyst to join a top Canadian university on a contract opportunity. Supporting the initial phase of a two phase project for an HR system implementation, the business analyst will be responsible for assessing and analyzing business
needs to resolve issues and contributes to the successful selection of a solution by assessing and
identifying risks and developing recommendations. The BA will present recommended business
solutions and manage the implementation of the selected solution.
Requirements:
6+ years Business Analysis Experience in HR analysis.
Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP S/4HANA On Premise HCM, SuccessFactors, Workday, PeopleSoft) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Extensive experience with the Recruitment & Onboarding elements of HRIS.
Fundamental Knowledge and/or experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
Nice-to-Have:
Previous higher education or public sector experience
Business analyst designation
