Our expectations:
Under the direction of the Coach, Operations, the Attendant, Non-Motorized Orders is responsible for piece picking-building orders, wrapping pallets, and replenishing goods.
Your role:
Piece pick and replenish goods / put-aways
Evaluate the size, weight, and volume of goods and merchandise to be moved
Be aware and respect warehouse safety standards
Be physically fit and able to handle merchandise ranging in weight from 5-50 lbs continuously
Drive and operate material handling equipment
Act in accordance to the current RONA policies and procedures
Demonstrate and encourage RONA values in all decisions and actions
Perform all other related tasks
The qualifications we are looking for :
Order-filling experience with voice picking technology (an asset)
Responsible, self-motivated, and attentive to details
Team player with a positive attitude
Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Strong listening, communication, and organizational skills
Time management and problem-solving skills
Ability to perform job duties that involve stretching, bending, lifting, and carrying medium to heavy products
Attention to detail and high accuracy
Good visual/manual co-ordination
