Our expectations:

Under the direction of the Coach, Operations, the Attendant, Non-Motorized Orders is responsible for piece picking-building orders, wrapping pallets, and replenishing goods.

Your role:

  • Piece pick and replenish goods / put-aways
  • Evaluate the size, weight, and volume of goods and merchandise to be moved
  • Be aware and respect warehouse safety standards
  • Be physically fit and able to handle merchandise ranging in weight from 5-50 lbs continuously
  • Drive and operate material handling equipment
  • Act in accordance to the current RONA policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate and encourage RONA values in all decisions and actions
  • Perform all other related tasks

The qualifications we are looking for :

  • Order-filling experience with voice picking technology (an asset)
  • Responsible, self-motivated, and attentive to details
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Strong listening, communication, and organizational skills
  • Time management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to perform job duties that involve stretching, bending, lifting, and carrying medium to heavy products
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy
  • Good visual/manual co-ordination
