Overview: As a Hydrovac Truck Operator at Xact Drilling, you will play a pivotal role in our operations, supporting our drilling teams with the safe and efficient operation of vacuum trucks. Your responsibilities will include the transportation and disposal of drilling fluids, mud, and debris, as well as maintaining equipment and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. We are seeking a skilled and experienced operator who shares our commitment to excellence and safety.

Responsibilities:
Hydrovac Truck Operation: Operate hydrovac trucks to perform various tasks, including excavation, debris removal, and material transportation, according to project requirements and safety standards.
Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and minor repairs on vacuum trucks to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Report any issues or defects promptly to the appropriate personnel.
Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to safety regulations and procedures while operating vacuum trucks and performing related tasks. Participate in safety meetings, inspections, and training sessions to maintain a safe work environment.
Project Support: Collaborate with project managers, drill operators, and other team members to support the successful completion of projects. Coordinate activities and communicate effectively to ensure efficient workflow and timely project delivery.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including hours worked, materials used, and equipment maintenance activities.

Qualifications:
Previous experience operating hydrovac trucks or similar heavy equipment is preferred.
Knowledge of hydrovac excavation techniques, safety practices, and equipment maintenance procedures.
Valid DZ driver's license and a clean driving record is an asset.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.

Work Schedule: Please note that this position requires a Monday to Friday schedule. We value consistency and reliability in our team members' schedules to ensure efficient project management and timely completion of tasks.
