We are currently seeking a Legal & Compliance Coordinator to join their team and support their legal and compliance efforts.The successful Legal & Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of duties. This support may involve various areas such as insurance licensing, regulatory affairs, privacy, and compliance. Additionally, the Coordinator will assist with projects aimed at achieving broader legal and compliance goals for the companies.Essential Responsibilities:Track and coordinate submissions to Canadian insurance regulatorsManage technology platforms for legal administrationOversee the Camms regulatory compliance management systemAnalyze data and generate comprehensive reportsMaintain the Company's insurance portfolioWrite and update policies and proceduresAdminister legal, compliance, and privacy email intake processAssist with consumer complaints and privacy inquiriesSupport legal and compliance educational trainingCreate and maintain file management system for legal documentsProvide administrative assistance to Senior Legal Counsel & Privacy Officer and Chief Financial OfficerQualifications:Post-secondary diploma and/or university degree in a related field3+ years of experience as a legal assistant or equivalentExperience with Camms and Power BI is highly preferredEnjoy working with data, reporting, and analyticsKnowledge and proficiency with Microsoft OfficeExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to execute on timelinesFluent in English, French proficiency an asset
