Your job

Define and implement strategies to identify and attract talent
Create talent pools by building lasting relationships (proactive hunting)
Anticipate problems and recommend action plans accordingly
Be involved in the strategic dimension of talent acquisition
Advise managers and candidates during the recruitment process
Contribute to the end-to-end recruitment process
Lead and contribute to strategic projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition
Offer a human and inclusive candidate experience
Participate in the influence of the NBC and identify potential profiles
Contribute to the improvement of co-development processes and activities

Prerequisite

Bachelor's degree completed with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience
Demonstrated experience in headhunting/sourcing and talent acquisition
Experience in creating talent pools and measuring pool performance
Strong interpersonal skills: demonstrated leadership, ability to influence and negotiate, rigor, creativity and sense of innovation
Demonstrated experience in consulting role with management in large companies
Ability to work in synergy with the team and partners
Ability to challenge the status quo
