Role Overview:

We seek a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Coffee Field Service Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for on-site coffee machine maintenance & field service calls.  As an expert in servicing machines and preventative maintenance, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with the business inside out and help us expand internationally with our machines.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be coming to the office bi-weekly to service our manual machines for maintenance and proactive servicing to ensure they are in top working order
You have experience and knowledge in manual espresso machines of different varieties and have worked with coffee machines prior
You will be called to on-site maintenance of our manual Espresso machine repair and maintenance experience, which could be across the GTA
You understand Coffee machines inside and out and are dedicated to the repair of the machinery
Ability to show up on-site with an on-call schedule

Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and provide on-site support.
3-10 years of professional experience in maintenance, specifically focused on manual coffee machines.
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing manual espresso machines of different varieties.
Demonstrated reliability and punctuality in meeting on-site service demands.
Strong commitment to ensuring the functionality and performance of coffee machinery.
Perform bi-weekly servicing of manual espresso machines in the office to ensure optimal functionality and prevent breakdowns.
Conduct proactive maintenance to keep manual espresso machines in top working condition.
Possess comprehensive experience and knowledge of various types of manual espresso machines.
Respond to on-site maintenance calls for repair and maintenance tasks across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
Demonstrate dedication to the repair and upkeep of coffee machinery, exhibiting proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Maintain an on-call schedule, being available for immediate on-site assistance when required.
