Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Media Buyer at Aiori. As a Media Buyer, your day-to-day tasks will include media planning, developing media strategies, analyzing data, and executing media buys. This position is full-time and hybrid work model (both on-site and remote work). Our office is located in Midtown Toronto (Yonge/Eglinton).

Key Responsibilities:
Ad Spend Management: Oversee and manage spend on Meta, Tiktok and Google platforms, ensuring budget efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
Strategy and Direction: Develop and implement comprehensive digital advertising strategies that align with the company's goals and audience engagement objectives.
Platform Expertise: Utilize deep knowledge of Meta Business Suite for campaign management, along with proficiency on platforms like TikTok and Google.
Audience Segmentation: Conduct detailed audience research and segmentation to tailor campaigns effectively, maximizing reach and relevance.
A/B Testing: Execute and analyze A/B tests for different ad angles and creative strategies, pivoting based on performance data to enhance outcomes.
Analytics and Reporting: Leverage analytics tools to monitor, assess, and report on campaign performance with a focus on optimizing cost per click and improving ROI.
Understanding Consumer Behavior: Apply insights into consumer behavior to refine advertising approaches, particularly within jewellery and ecommerce.
Creative Direction: Provide data-driven insights to the marketing team to ensure that our online campaigns, content, and programming are effective in converting consumers.

What Success Looks Like:
Cost Efficiency: You have successfully optimized ad spending to achieve lower cost per click while maintaining or enhancing campaign quality and effectiveness.
Strategic Impact: Your advertising strategies have significantly contributed to the brand's market presence and customer acquisition goals.
Data-Driven Optimization: Through meticulous analysis and adjustments, you have consistently enhanced the performance of digital ad campaigns, demonstrating a strong return on investment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven Experience in Paid Media: Extensive experience managing large advertising budgets, specifically on Meta platforms, with a proven track record of success.
Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, as well as experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
Platform Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Meta and TikTok Business Suite
Direct-to-Consumer Marketing: Strong background in direct-to-consumer marketing
Analytical Skills: Strong capability to utilize analytics tools to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
Educational Background: A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is advantageous.

Qualifications
At least 2 years of direct experience in Media Planning and Media Buying skills
Analytical Skills and data analysis experience
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in developing effective media strategies
Proficiency in relevant media buying platforms and tools
Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize media buys
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
