Nina looking for a babysitter or nanny in Saskatoon

We are currently a family of three, soon to be four. My name is Nina, I am 29 weeks pregnant and due in January. We also have an 20 month old son. I am on maternity leave at the moment and will need a lot more help with our son when the new baby arrives. We have a lovely babysitter who helps out a few times a week although she is a University student and need someone who can come a bit more often.
We are looking for someone who has experience working with children (preferably toddlers), someone older ( not a dealbreaker though ), responsible and someone who has a calmer nature. Our son is in full time daycare now so it would mostly be evenings after 6pm but once I go on mat leave we may consider even having someone full time or part time theoughout the day.
Our sons development and upbringing is very important to us. We would want someone who is engaging, who loves to be outdoors ( weather permitting ) or going places like the Wonderhub. For the first while we
