From canyon-spanning zipline rides to moments of awe atop Canada's highest suspension bridge, wonder awaits at Golden Skybridge This job is posted as part of our seasonal hiring for Spring/Summer, 2026, it will be a full time seasonal role.ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIESOversee all day-to-day operations and logistical organization while increasing sales and profitabilityConsistently delivering exceptional guest service standardsContinue to drive guest and employee experiencesCreate and nurture an environment that emphasizes motivation, empowerment, teamwork, continuous improvement, and a passion for providing exceptional serviceAnticipate key issues and informational needs and discuss ongoing performance and functions that will enhance the performance of Food and Beverage Golden Skybridge (concession stand, food truck, ice cream kiosk)Assist in monthly forecasting and reports and assist in the development, implementation and monitoring the budget to maximize revenuesParticipate in the budgeting process – manage the budget, forecast, inventory and operating cost for the various outlets to maximize revenue and minimize expenseProvide leadership and coaching that fosters an environment of problem solving, service, teamwork, accuracy, speed, improved business practices and attract and retain superior talentMake employees and guest safety a cultural cornerstone to maintain our reputation as an industry leader and guest safety advocateAbility to manage all F&B and day to day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standardsEstablish strong partner-like relationship with F&B Shared Services while gaining knowledge of the company’s business, strategy, plans and performance of the Pursuit Collection Food and Beverage operationsInteract with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service level: review feedback from guests through social media and Guest Satisfaction Surveys and drive goals to increase scoresRecruitment, training, development, staff meetings, scheduling, and payroll submissions of all hourly employeesAssist with planning and execution of functionsOrdering, inventory, and stock taking along with ability for coding and remittance of all invoices through the inventory management system / CenterviewsOversee the inventory management system daily maintenance“Promise to Place” ensure sustainability and respect within the communityMaintain core standards as developed by F&B Shared ServicesREQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS3 years’ experience in the hospitality and travel industriesProven food and beverage management experienceWorking knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software and POS)Up to date with food and beverage trends and best practicesThrives in a fast paced and high energy work environmentExperience with best-in-class operating systems, training, staff development and the operational management of large and complex operationsExpertise in building relationships and working on teams across all levels of an organization, particularly with operating teams, line supervisors, seasonal staffAble to create “fellowship” through modelling our core values and best practicesCapable of inspiring teams to drive speed and performance within the organizationExperience with financial management and creating strong employee and guest satisfactionStrong experience across a broad range of food and beverage activities, meetings/events and functions About Us:We're more than a hospitality and attractions company.
