Seasonal Hiring This job is posted as part of our seasonal hiring for Spring/Summer, 2026, and will be a full‑time seasonal role. Role & Responsibilities Participate in all guest experience interactions related to photo concession facilities Assist with ticket sales, combo packages, questions, directions, and guidance in visiting our sister attractions and the Canadian Rockies Use a computerized ticketing system to issue and process guest tickets Handle cash and credit transactions Validate tickets prior to boarding Perform crowd management Solicit guest feedback Required Skills & Qualifications Strong customer focus providing friendly, professional and efficient service Effective problem solving and critical thinking skills Demonstrate high levels of positive energy and a willingness to take on new challenges Ability to thrive and lead in a fast‑paced environment Previous photo experience is an asset To honour our commitment to be “Always Honest” all employees must consent to a criminal record check The starting wage for this role is $18.50 About Us We're more than a hospitality and attractions company.
