- Engage with customers to understand business challenges and develop technical strategies that align IT with business goals.
- Understand the customer environment and help them choose the right platform and complementary networking and security solutions to reduce risk and improve their security posture.
- Define and document solution architectures, writing Statements of Work (SOWs) to align expectations with delivery teams.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and post-sales teams to ensure successful implementation of networking and security solutions.
- Drive business results through increased attach rates, complete solution design, and services selling.
- Develop strategic roadmaps or initiatives that really move the needle with our customers.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in architecting, selling, or implementing hybrid IT, networking, and security solutions.
- Experience working with both technical resources and business leaders to establish trust and credibility across an organization.
- Ability to embrace the technical and business development responsibilities of the role.
- Ability to identify process improvements that will help everyone work more efficiently.
