OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outside Sales Specialist with knowledge of construction products/services to lead our bin rental sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities. Set up accounts and provide quotesClient Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored construction and bin rental solutionsSales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue generation. Execute cold calling strategies when needed to obtain new accountsProduct Knowledge: Stay up to date on the latest products and services offered by the company, effectively communicating their value to clientsCollaboration: Collaborate closely with internal team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfactionReporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, customer accounts, orders, and billing informationCustomer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experienceRequirementsProven experience in sales or business development. Experience in the construction industry would be an assetStrong understanding of construction and equipment products and services, with the ability to articulate technical information to clientsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clientsResults-oriented mindset, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growthSelf-motivated and proactive approach to sales, with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamJoin our team and play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the market.
