Account Manager – Delta Company: LabTest Certification Inc. Location: In Office – 205–8291 92 St, Delta, BC V4G 0A4. Employment Type: Full‑time. Seniority Level: Mid‑Senior level. Description: We are seeking an experienced Sales, Account Manager (Gas and Plumbing department) to join our Canada‑based team. In this role you will hunt for new business and build core relationships with current and new clients, reporting to the Canadian Sales Manager. Key Responsibilities Searching and contacting new clients through cold calling, attending tradeshows, technical/industry meetings, etc. Building a client database. Establishing and maintaining new and existing long‑term relationships with clients. Recording and maintaining client contact data. Managing and interpreting customer requirements. Preparing client quotations. Offering after‑sales support services. Analyzing costs and sales on a weekly basis. Recording and maintaining sales activities for weekly/monthly reports. Meeting regular sales targets. Supporting Marketing activities by attending tradeshows, conferences, and other events. Visiting clients when necessary. Qualifications Diploma/degree in Electrical, Building Materials, and Gas/Plumbing is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer‑focused. Previous sales experience. Willingness to learn. Outgoing and a people person. Creative, thinks outside the box. Self‑motivated and target‑driven. Ability to work independently and in team settings. Sound judgment and good business sense. Analytical and problem‑solving skills. Benefits Competitive wage ($60,000 – $75,000 / year, depending on experience and knowledge).
