A foundational understanding of AI/ML applications in Testing is advantageous. The Quality Intermediate Analyst is a developing professional role, capable of solving complex problems with some independence and integrating in-depth specialty area knowledge with industry standards. Responsibilities Design, implement, and optimize Java-based Selenium WebDriver frameworks using Page Object Model (POM) and modular scripting. Develop BDD test suites with Cucumber. Champion shift-left testing by embedding automation into Agile/DevOps pipelines. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD for regression testing. Research and prototype AI/ML-driven testing solutions to enhance framework resilience. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes and product rollout into production. Collaborate with project managers, UAT professionals and users to design and implement testing strategies and scripts. Functionally test new products and perform regression testing during each QA release cycle. Collaborate with Development, Business and Support teams to clarify specs, raise issues, and identify risks across the software development life cycle. Write efficient test cases and scripts from specifications and user interactions; develop test scenarios for regression, new functionality and stress testing (automated and manual). Implement and drive test automation with minimal guidance; work toward continuous integration and automate tests as functionality is tested. Monitor processes and products for conformance to standards; document findings and perform preliminary root cause analyses to recommend improvements. Ensure project standards and procedures exist and are followed; maintain traceability in project work products; create and maintain quality metrics reports. Provide informal guidance to new team members and assist with risk assessment and escalation of control issues with transparency. Qualifications 3+ years of QA hands-on experience in Java-based test automation, with proficiency in Cucumber BDD and Gherkin syntax. Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes for containerized test execution. Familiarity with AI/ML applications in QA. Experience in the Financial Services industry is preferred. Experience in requirement reviews and ability to identify, communicate and document discrepancies. Understanding of QA within the SDLC and QA methodologies; knowledge of quality processes. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work to deadlines; excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with test automation, test scenario and test script creation and modification; comfortable with writing complex queries. Exposure to reporting tools and hands-on experience with test automation tools. Ability to define, design and execute test cases; strong problem-solving and evaluative judgment capabilities. Education Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
