This is an in-office position, requiring three days a week in the office (Tuesday–Thursday) and flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.What You’ll Be DoingPartner with the Head of R&D Operations and FP&A to manage department-wide budget and tool operations.Drive cost savings initiatives by collaborating with Platform Engineering, running monthly Engineering Operations reviews, and identifying savings opportunities.Manage spend on cloud tools (e.g., AWS, Databricks, Datadog) and optimize usage to reduce costs.Work with stakeholders and leadership to optimize budgeting, reporting, and exception management.Continuously improve operational delivery, clarity, and collaboration across teams.Champion operational excellence by refining workflows, automating reporting, and supporting metrics-driven decision-making.Own and lead complex, cross-functional programs from inception through delivery—manage scope, schedules, risks, and stakeholder alignment.Identify and manage interdependencies across multiple workstreams, remove blockers, and enable seamless execution.Communicate clearly at all levels of the organization, adapting for technical and non-technical audiences.Collaborate with other TPMs to align on shared practices and scale cross-functional processes.What You’ll Have6+ years of experience in program management or operations program management, with Product and Engineering stakeholders (preferably in software development).Proven ability to plan, manage, and monitor complex financial and operational processes.Advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills, with experience creating models, automations, and data-driven dashboards.Experience managing and optimizing costs of cloud-based tools and infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Datadog) at scale.Self-starter with strong judgment, accountability, and a passion for continuous improvement.Experience influencing senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, including C-suite executives.Data-driven with metrics-based recommendations and impact measurement.Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to bring clarity in ambiguity.Comfortable wearing multiple hats in fast-paced environments.Ability to balance structure with pragmatism and implement scalable processes that prioritize speed and agility.Nice to HaveFamiliarity with enterprise PM tools, including Aha and JIRA.International finance and accounting experience.Strong analytical skills, risk management, and urgency when escalation is needed.Why Work HereYou’ll grow here.
