Job Title: Service and Maintenance Technicians

Location: Greater-Toronto-Area, Headquarters in Vaughan, ON

Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Service and Maintenance Technicians to join our team. The primary focus will be on working with fan coil units, although tasks may extend to other HVAC systems. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing top-notch service and maintenance solutions. We are willing to train and hire both skilled and inexperienced technicians. If you have a passion for the work, can use tools, and are open to learning, you will fit right in

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and emergency service on fan coil units.
  • Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues, including mechanical and electrical components.
  • Conduct system performance tests and inspections to ensure optimal operation.
  • Provide detailed service reports and communicate findings to clients and management.

Maintenance Technicians:

  • Perform preventive maintenance on fan coil units and other HVAC systems.
  • Inspect, clean, and lubricate system components to ensure longevity and efficiency.
  • Monitor system operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain performance standards.
  • Assist in developing and implementing maintenance schedules and protocols.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in HVAC is preferred.
  • Proven experience in HVAC service or maintenance, with fan coil units is preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
