HVAC Technician – Greater Toronto Area

We are hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced HVAC Technician to join their team in the Greater Toronto Area. The ideal candidate will have expertise in installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation units.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure systems operate efficiently.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues in HVAC equipment.
  • Handle refrigerants safely and in compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer instructions.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and report findings to management.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and explaining system operations.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician.
  • Valid HVAC certification (e.g., 313A, 313D, Gas Fitter License G2 or G1).
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and repairs.
  • Experience handling refrigerants and working with ventilation systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as required.
