ABOUT THE POSITION We are the fastest growing Desjardins Insurance office in Southwestern Ontario, and we are looking for our newest all-star team member to help us continue growing. We are looking for a team member who embodies all our core values listed above, has proven successful sales experience and is an incredible relationship builder. Accountabilities Embody our core values Reach and exceed monthly sales targets Develop new sales leads through outbound calls, networking events, referrals, and community events Develop sales opportunities from inbound leads Provide existing client service and find ways to beat expectations or go the extra mile in every interaction Willing to commute between 2 office locations- if need. Minimum Qualifications Must display our core values 3+ Years of sales experience. Ability to work in high volume and work collaboratively as a key member of a team Excellent Oral, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize under pressure Strong attention to detail Must have a strength in technology Must have a passing Credit Score to Desjardins sponsorship minimal Bonus Qualifications OTL or RIBO HLLQP License Insurance Experience Life, and Living Benefit sales experience Prior Sales Experience Compensation and Perks Total compensation ranges from $40,000 to $150,000 + Dependent on current licenses, designations, industry experience and proven sales track record and sales results in the position Five weeks personal time off to start 100% company funded Health and Dental Benefits 4% Group RRSP Match on Base Salary Health Club Reimbursement Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00-$150,000.00 + per year Benefits Dental care Extended health care Paid time off RRSP match Vision care Wellness program Schedule Monday to Friday (flexibility for after hours appointments) Supplemental pay types Bonus pay Commission pay Ability to commute / relocate Wallaceburg, ON These positions are with an independent contractor agent that is part of the Desjardins exclusive agent network, not with Desjardins Group or its subsidiaries.
