At the Progressive Automotive Group, we are looking for an Entry Level Service Advisor to join our team. This position will be responsible for working closely with our Service Manager, Parts Department, and Technicians to fill in service gaps by performing the duties of a Service Advisor, Parts Advisor, and Appointment Coordinator. Our company is growing rapidly, and we require a highly motivated, and achievement-oriented team player that can grow with us and move the business forward.

**Job Duties**:

- Welcomes the customers warmly on arrival and obtains information about their cars.
- Explains the nature of the work performed and all the costs to the customers.
- Advises customers on how to look after their cars and stresses the importance of maintenance, based on the manufacturer’s technical features.
- Maintains high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Ensures that customers are informed of all promotions and services provided by the dealership.
- Create and update work orders and finalize invoices
- Estimating and selling maintenance and repairs
- Manage inbound customer calls and make outbound customer calls
- Keep current on all new technical bulletins and open recall campaigns.
- Other duties as required.

**What We Look For**:

- 2+ years of automotive dealership or aftermarket experience.
- Ability to multi-task
- Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (proficient in English).
- Related experience as a service advisor would be considered an asset.
- Experience on Reynolds & Reynolds software, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook), and Mitchell would be preferable.
- Reliable and disciplined - able to follow through on assignments.
- Organized/able to prioritize in order to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated.
- Accuracy and detail oriented individual.
- Committed to achieve the very best in customer service and teamwork.

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
