We are seeking experienced, FSRA licensed mortgage agents to join our innovative team.

About the RoleMortgage agents will advise and evaluate deals to maximize client outcomes, providing honest and transparent advice.
- Process mortgage files promptly and efficiently.
- Work closely with lenders to ensure deal success.
- Adhere to relevant mortgage brokerage regulations.
Mortgage agents will have access to senior management for discussions and support from the CEO.
Requirements- Familiarity with mortgage underwriting and documentation process.
- Experience as a Mortgage Agent (3-5 years).
- FSRA Level 2 Mortgage Agent License.
- Comfort using technology and discussing it with customers.
- Located within a 45-minute drive of Toronto.
A competitive base salary, bonus compensation, stock options, flexible health benefits, and opportunities for peer-to-peer knowledge sharing.
The successful candidate will be motivated, customer-focused, and have a love for the mortgage business.
