About the Role:

We are currently hiring recently licensed Mortgage Agents or those with experience who have encountered difficulties establishing a robust industry presence. Successful candidates will undergo a 12-week intensive mortgage industry training program with ongoing mentorship support. Upon completion, these Mortgage Agents will possess the necessary skills and confidence required for success in the mortgage industry.

Qualifications & Skills:

1.    FSRA Mortgage Agent license in Ontario is required

2.    Sales experience, preferred

3.    Competent in simple Arithmetic

4.    Highly organized

5.    Attention to detail

6.    Strong interpersonal skills

7.    Ability to work independently and problem solve

Responsibilities & Duties:

1.    Business Development

2.    Marketing

3.    Budgeting

4.    Mortgage Applications and document collection

5.    Daily administrative and customer service tasks

6.    Liaise with Realtors, clients, lenders, and lawyers

Salary & Benefits:

Self-Employment. Revenue generated from commissions based on sales volume.
