Tuze is looking for a passionate and experienced Marketing & Sales Co-Founder to drive our brand awareness and customer acquisition strategies. As an important member of our founding team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that resonate with our target audience and establish Tuze as the go-to platform for landlords.
How Your Role Will Look• Brand Development: Create and refine Tuze’s brand identity, ensuring that our messaging and visuals consistently reflect our mission and values.
• Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and content marketing as well as grassroots and community-driven efforts.
• Campaign Management: Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, from concept to execution, ensuring they align with our business objectives and resonate with our target audience.
• Content Creation: Lead the creation of high-quality content that educates and engages landlords, from blog posts to social media updates, ensuring a consistent voice and tone.
• Partnerships and PR: Build and nurture relationships with key partners, media outlets, and influencers to amplify our reach and establish Tuze as a trusted name in the industry.
• Manual Outreach: Be prepared to engage in direct outreach activities such as cold calls, event organization, and strategic collaborations with potential partners like the Canadian Real Estate Association or property management companies.
• User Insights: Gather and analyze user data to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaigns, ensuring we’re meeting the needs and expectations of our audience.
• Collaborate with Founders: Work closely with the founding team to align marketing efforts with our overall business goals, ensuring that we’re driving growth and maximizing our impact.
What You'll Bring• 3-5 years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on digital and content marketing, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Proven track record of driving growth in a startup or high-growth environment, showcasing your ability to scale marketing efforts effectively from the ground up.
• Strong understanding of branding, with the ability to create and maintain a consistent brand identity across all channels.
• Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize performance.
• Experience with digital platforms and app-based services, showcasing your adaptability to new technologies.
• Previous startup experience, showing your ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies, ensuring that our content is optimized for search engines and reaches our target audience.
