Base pay range $40.00/yr - $40.00/yr Role Summary Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite: Tue–Thu) Duration: 1 year (possible extension or conversion) Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM About the Role This role supports derivatives onboarding within our client's Global Derivatives Services team. The analyst ensures all systems, legal agreements, and brokers are properly set up so portfolio managers and traders can execute derivative trades smoothly. Key Responsibilities Handle onboarding for exchange-traded, OTC, and centrally-cleared derivatives. Coordinate with Legal, Operations, Collateral, Brokers, and Custodians. Maintain onboarding documentation and compliance checklists. Maintain records of accounts, brokers, and derivative agreements. Support process improvements and harmonization with global teams. Must-Have Skills 3+ years of relevant financial industry experience. Excellent organization, accuracy, and attention to detail. Self-starter with strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Nice-to-Have Experience in asset management or insurance. Knowledge of derivative instruments. Degree in Finance, Business, or Economics.
