Overview We're looking for a condo concierge for the weekend, every Saturday and Sunday, 9 am to 7 pm, in a small, quiet building in central Toronto. Our concierge is the first point of contact for our residents and guests. Responsibilities Greeting visitors Handling deliveries and packages Assisting residents and guests Managing access to the building Meeting and logging in and out contractors and service personnel Providing information about building rules and policies Monitoring for suspicious activity and unauthorized visitors Recording incidents and accidents Monitoring our surveillance system Patrolling the building and grounds Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills An ability to multitask and prioritize Good judgement Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanour #J-18808-Ljbffr
