Veterinary Technical Assistant Wanted at Taber Pet Clinic: Be a Part of Our Compassionate Care Team Are you passionate about animal care and thrive in a warm, empathetic environment? Taber Pet Clinic, a family-owned veterinary practice, is seeking a full-time Veterinary Technical Assistant (VTA) to join our caring and dynamic team in Taber. Experience in the vet industry is a plus but is not required – we are more than happy to provide training. We're looking for someone dedicated to making every client's experience memorable and positive. Your Role: As our VTA, you'll be the heartbeat of our clinic, providing both front-line care for our furry patients and essential support to our Veterinarians and Technicians. Your day-to-day will include: ·

Assisting in various tasks and treatments for our pet patients. ·

Delivering compassionate care including feeding and walking our patients. ·

Maintaining a clean and healthy environment by managing general hospital upkeep and cleaning kennels. ·

Patient handling and restraint with kindness and confidence. ·

Running lab-work and assisting with diagnostic imaging. ·

Welcoming our clients and managing reception duties with a friendly smile and efficient service. Are You Our Ideal Candidate? ·

You're comfortable wearing multiple hats and juggling tasks in a bustling environment. ·

Tech-Savvy:

Proficient in Microsoft Office, with Avimark experience is a plus. ·
