Renaud‑Bray est à la recherche d’un Analyste QA, basé au siège social dans l’Est de Montréal (métro Assomption). Description du poste À ce poste, vous êtes responsable de tester, évaluer et garantir la qualité des produits informatiques ou logiciels afin d’assurer leur conformité aux exigences et leur bon fonctionnement. Vos responsabilités Définir les besoins des utilisateurs et collaborer étroitement avec les autres spécialistes TI; Rédiger des tests manuels ainsi que leur automatisation via la plateforme dédiée afin de répondre aux spécifications; Définir et améliorer les stratégies de tests des systèmes informatiques afin de garantir la qualité des produits et services informatiques; Anticiper les problèmes et effectuer les ajustements nécessaires, effectuer des tests, analyser les résultats, élaborer des recommandations en collaboration avec l'équipe de développement; Analyser et documenter les systèmes afin d'améliorer la base de connaissances interne (wiki, diagrammes, etc.) Qualifications 7 ans ou plus d’expérience pertinente; Expérience dans l’automatisation des tests; Excellentes aptitudes de communication, d’écoute et de vulgarisation; Capacité d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes, sens de l’organisation et autonomie, capacité de travailler sous pression et de respecter les échéanciers; Connaissance du commerce de détail et de l’e‑commerce, un atout.
