Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Sales and Marketing Leader based in Chilliwack, BC. The Sales and Marketing Leader will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing customer relationships, leading sales teams, and providing training to achieve business goals. Additionally, responsibilities include devising effective marketing plans, enhancing customer engagement, and supporting growth initiatives within the heavy industry sector. Qualifications Strong skills in Sales, Sales Management, and driving revenue growth Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain client relationships Experience in Training and mentoring sales teams to achieve performance targets Proven ability to develop and execute marketing initiatives Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Familiarity with the heavy industry or manufacturing sector is an asset Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Sales and Business Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
