We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic and passionate team.If you enjoy juggling a variety of projects, are curious, and want to grow in a stimulating environment, this role is for youIn this position, you will work directly with the President of Lépine Talent as well as the team of recruiters to help streamline and optimize the business and administrative processes related to active recruitment mandates.Your ResponsibilitiesFocus on finding and pre-selecting qualified profiles, without interviewing responsibilitiesConduct targeted searches to identify high-caliber candidatesPresent the best profiles to the team of recruitersContribute to the team’s business developmentParticipate in customer meetings with recruiters to identify needsFollow up with our customers and maintain strong relationshipsManaging and animating our social mediaWrite and publish attractive job offersMaintain and optimize our ATS databasesManage various administrative tasks related to recruitment mandates (visuals, publications, internal organization, etc.).The Ideal ProfileMinimum 3 years’ experience in HR administration (ideally in the legal field)Curiosity, rigor, autonomy and initiativeExcellent command of French and English (oral and written)Talent for writing clear, effective documentsAdvanced MS Office suiteKnowledge of tools such as Canva, ATS (huntool), LinkedIn recruiter, WordPress (a definite asset)What We OfferA salary to match your talentA close-knit team where cooperation and mutual support make all the differenceExcellent career prospects in a growing companyFlexibility and teleworking for a better life balanceModern offices close to major public transport routes #J-18808-Ljbffr
