This role is crucial for fostering a culture of continuous improvement through lean practices and effective employee management. The VP will also hold profit and loss responsibility for each location, driving financial performance while maintaining high customer service and delivering on jobs compliance with industry standards and customer contracts.Oversee and optimize all field and shop operations, ensuring alignment with Valwell’s strategic objectives.Employee Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous professional growth.Manage profit and loss responsibilities for each service location, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.Analyze financial performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team, identifying trends and opportunities.Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute operational strategies that support overall business goals.Client Relationship Management: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote Valwell’s services and enhance brand reputation.Ensure all operations comply with local, provincial, and federal regulations.Report on operational and financial performance to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations.Job Type: Full-time Dental care
