Senior Legal Counsel, Commercial3-5+ Years (Mississauga/Hybrid), 12-Month ContractALT is partnering with a Canadian-owned business that provides data solutions in the financial services industry to hire a Legal Counsel. This role works closely with the entire legal department, including the VP Legal and Chief Legal Officer. It is a 12-month contract position with the possibility of becoming a permanent position.In this role, you will draft and negotiate complex commercial and technology service and licensing agreements. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of commercial law experience.As a highly respected company that has been in business for more than 25 years, this company sets itself apart with a fantastic corporate culture. The environment is dynamic, collaborative, and progressive, allowing team members to develop and grow.
