What We Are Looking For We require energetic, motivated and career-minded Senior Drains Technician to be responsible for performing onsite drain clearing in residential and small commercial buildings. Drains and Sales experience is required. Proven experience in diagnosing & servicing residential units. A thorough understanding of provincial plumbing code and standards; Strong customer service skills and good communication skills An accountable and responsible personality, delivering high customer satisfaction and has a positive, can-do attitude A valid driver’s license with a suitable driving abstract Clear criminal background check Be safety conscious and come with a willingness to learn. What Will You Do We want our Plumbers to become masters of their trade and always give customers the red carpet treatment advising them on potential services or treatments that work for them. Complete general and specific plumbing inspections Promote Right Time products and services on every call Must never sell the customer a repair they do not need Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams. Maintain a clean, fully stocked vehicle Maintain a clean and professional appearance Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional. An accountable and responsible personality, with a focus on delivering the best customer experience and has a positive, driven attitude; The ability to work efficiently and effectively independently and co-operatively within a team environment, completing installation, maintenance work and commissioning of plumbing elements in compliance with safety regulations, policies and procedures. Provide a five-star experience on every call or make it right before leaving the customers home Feel comfortable requesting online reviews from customers. Contribute to our high standards of health and safety Effectively mentor apprentices so they become well rounded plumbers.
