We focus on building strong personal and professional relationships with our small and medium‑sized business clients, helping them start, stabilize, grow, and transition their businesses. Responsibilities Build, maintain and expand existing customer relationships while networking with local business leaders to create strong centers of influence. Develop relationships with small business customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored information and advice. Liaise with Internal Branch Banking, Commercial Banking Centers, and Wealth partners to provide holistic advice and resources. Stay current on emerging trends and grow knowledge of business tools and techniques; participate in knowledge transfer. Support a positive work environment that promotes quality, innovation, and teamwork; ensure timely communication of issues. Job Requirements University degree or relevant entry‑level work experience; accounting or finance coursework an asset. Ability to cultivate long‑term client relationships and acquire new clients. Excellent business development and prospecting skills to establish valuable centers of influence. Dynamic professional with a positive attitude and strong communication, time‑management, and organizational skills.
