Job Summary The role of Team Leader is to manage project operations on a daily basis. This includes communicating and coordinating daily project goals with team members. The Team Leader will ensure delivery on project goals while maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities & Duties Assists Project Manager in planning, executing, monitoring and reviewing projects. Communicates daily project objectives and goals to Team Members. Prepares, organizes, and tracks all equipment, supplies, paperwork, and vehicles required for each project in a timely manner. Ensures a safe working environment by conducting daily safety inspections of tools, equipment, and possible job site hazards. Facilitates the safety of Team Members and ensures equipment and tools on the project site are secure. Confirms all project/health and safety paperwork is completed on a daily basis. Assists the Project Manager in the evaluation of Team Members' performance and position requirements. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of Grade 12 or advanced Diploma. Certification in Water Restoration, Fire Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, First Aid, Customer Service, and Construction is mandatory. Valid Driver's License.
