Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Condominium Manager located in Windsor, ON. The Condominium Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of condominium properties, including managing budgets, coordinating maintenance and repairs, communicating with residents and board members, conducting property inspections, and ensuring compliance with regulations and bylaws. The role also involves supervising service providers, addressing resident concerns, and facilitating the smooth operation of condominium associations.
