We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Supply Chain Manager to help us efficiently manage and grow our business.

Responsibilities Improving productivity and efficiency and reducing costs while securing high quality material for the company. Developing, executing, monitoring and maintaining supply chain management strategies that increase the efficiency and speed of our operations Handling negotiations with suppliers: defining supplier strategy, negotiating, generating, tracking contracts with suppliers Administering all purchasing and inventory activities with suppliers to ensure competitive, on time, smooth supply of the goods, staying within allocated budgets for raw material and finished goods inventory Supervising the quality, quantity and efficiency of storage and movement of goods inside the company Developing itemized purchasing forecasts based on statistical analysis of historical data and current market trends Manage Production and Shipping Schedule making sure On Time Delivery targets are met

Qualifications 5+ years of proven working experience as a Supply Chain / Purchasing Manager Skilled in negotiation and in identifying successful supplier strategies Lean / Kaizen experiences will be considered a plus Analytical skills Result oriented, with a disposition towards continuous improvement Ability to build rapport Team work Educational background BSc/BA in business or engineering Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
