We have one of the most experienced environmental and geosciences engineering consulting teams in Canada and we are seeking an Intermediate Environmental Scientist to join our Whitehorse, Yukon team.

This position would be comprised of 50% field work and 50% office work and would help to support growth of the office while working on projects locally in the Yukon, NWT and northern B.p>

Your role within the team:

  • Historical data review and subsequent site inspections.
  • Groundwater monitoring and sampling.
  • Hydraulic conductivity testing.
  • Surface soil and water sampling.
  • Supervision of drilling activities.
  • Installation of groundwater monitoring wells.
  • Photographic and written documentation of site activities.
  • Communication with on-site personnel and Project Manager.
  • Assist in communicating and building relationships with clients.
