About the Role As Head of Customer Success, you’ll lead customer relationships and account performance end‑to‑end. You’ll partner directly with sales, operations, and training leaders at large enterprise customers to ensure they see meaningful results and measurable ROI using FrontlineIQ. You’ll design and scale our customer success strategy, build the playbooks and processes needed to support rapid growth, and become a trusted advisor to both day‑to‑day users and executive stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for renewals, retention, expansion, adoption, and customer advocacy. This role is hands‑on and strategic—you’ll balance field conversations, data analysis, onboarding plans, training guidance, renewal strategy, and the ability to speak the language of sales with confidence.
