Description du poste :

En tant qu'Architecte SharePoint Online, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la conception, la mise en œuvre et l'amélioration continue des solutions collaboratives basées sur la plateforme SharePoint Online de Microsoft. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes métier, les développeurs, les administrateurs et d'autres parties prenantes pour créer des environnements SharePoint Online qui répondent aux besoins commerciaux et améliorent l'efficacité de l'organisation. Votre expertise technique et votre capacité à transformer les exigences en solutions conviviales et performantes seront essentielles pour réussir dans ce rôle.

Responsabilités principales :
  • Conception de solutions: Analyser les besoins des utilisateurs et les exigences métier pour concevoir des solutions SharePoint Online adaptées. Créer des architectures techniques et fonctionnelles pour répondre aux besoins de collaboration, de gestion de contenu et d'automatisation des processus.
  • Personnalisation et développement: Utiliser des outils tels que SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Apps, Power Automate et des langages de développement (JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS) pour personnaliser et étendre les fonctionnalités de SharePoint Online en fonction des exigences spécifiques.
  • Configuration et administration: Configurer et gérer les paramètres de sécurité, les autorisations, les flux de travail, les listes et bibliothèques de documents, ainsi que d'autres fonctionnalités pour optimiser l'expérience utilisateur et garantir la conformité.
  • Intégration et collaboration: Collaborer avec d'autres équipes techniques pour intégrer SharePoint Online avec d'autres services Microsoft 365 tels que Teams, OneDrive, et d'autres solutions tierces au besoin.
  • Gouvernance et bonnes pratiques : Élaborer des stratégies de gouvernance pour assurer l'utilisation appropriée et sécurisée de SharePoint Online. Définir des modèles de site standardisés, des politiques de sécurité et d'archivage pour maintenir l'ordre et la cohérence.
  • Formation et support : Fournir une formation aux utilisateurs finaux et aux administrateurs sur les meilleures pratiques d'utilisation de SharePoint Online. Offrir un support technique avancé pour résoudre les problèmes complexes liés à la plateforme.
  • Surveillance et optimisation : Surveiller les performances et l'utilisation de SharePoint Online, analyser les données pour identifier les opportunités d'amélioration. Mettre en œuvre des ajustements pour optimiser l'efficacité et la réactivité de la plateforme.
  • Veille technologique : Rester à jour avec les évolutions et les mises à jour de SharePoint Online, ainsi qu'avec les tendances technologiques dans le domaine de la collaboration et de la gestion de contenu.
Qualifications et compétences requises :
  • Baccalauréat Québécois ou équivalence MIFI
  • 10 d'expérience en TI
  • 3 ans d'expérience à titre d'Architecte Sharepoint Online
  • Expérience avérée dans la conception et la mise en œuvre de solutions SharePoint Online
  • Expérience dans le cadre de migration de SharePoint OnPrem et Online
  • Maîtrise des langages de développement web (JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS).
  • Connaissance approfondie des outils de personnalisation tels que SharePoint Framework, Power Apps et Power Automate.
  • Compétences en administration de SharePoint Online et en configuration de sécurité.
  • Compréhension des meilleures pratiques de gouvernance et de gestion de contenu.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à communiquer efficacement avec des parties prenantes techniques et non techniques.
  • Certifications Microsoft liées à SharePoint et Microsoft 365 (un atout).
  • Le Bilinguisme est un atout
