  • Develop and maintain open lines of communication with management and other key stakeholders (e.g. external auditors), by working collaboratively and constructively;
  • Present and discuss audit findings and recommendations to the engagement lead and relevant stakeholders during the course of the audit;
  • Support the production of informative, concise and value adding engagement reports and/or management letters, as well as reports to the Audit Committee.

Relationship Building

  • Collaborate with engagement team members to effectively execute assurance and advisory activities as required;
  • Foster and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders on assigned engagements to ensure that they receive optimal value from work delivered.

  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, data management frameworks, and the risk implications of complex technologies.
  • Experience with audit methodologies for technology and data-related processes, including ITGC, application controls, and cybersecurity assessments.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau) and exposure to emerging risks like cloud computing, blockchain, and AI is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a strong interest in technology and data trends, able to work independently and in diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify and present complex IT concepts effectively.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills; proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptable to changing business needs, with attention to detail and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Exemplify CPP Investments' Guiding Principles of integrity, high performance, and partnership.
