We are looking for a Manager Enterprise Financial Planning and Analysis to lead the delivery of key financial forecasting and reporting processes for our organization. This role is critical in ensuring timely, accurate, and insightful financial information for senior leadership and the Board, while driving innovation and efficiency within the Enterprise FP&A function. Role description The Manager, Enterprise Financial Planning & Analysis will collaborate closely with senior leadership to provide insights that drive performance and growth. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with leadership skills and a passion for continuous improvement. What you will do Financial Planning & Forecasting: Lead the development of quarterly forecasts, including defining assumptions, timetables and guidance to key segment and corporate team contacts Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on financial trends and performance drivers Reporting & Analysis: Deliver quarterly financial reports with clear commentary on variances and risks Assist with scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to support decision‑making Process Improvement & Systems: Identify opportunities to streamline FP&A processes and enhance reporting capabilities Partner with IT and Finance teams to optimize tools for better data integrity and efficiency Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Act as a key finance business partner to operational leaders, ensuring alignment between financial goals and business strategies Communicate complex financial concepts in a clear, actionable manner to non‑finance stakeholders Leadership & Team Development: Act as a mentor to more junior members of the team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence Oversee workload prioritization and ensure timely, accurate deliverables What you will bring University degree in accounting, finance, economics or a related field; a professional designation (CPA, CFA) is an asset 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, including at least 2 years’ experience in a leadership role; experience in the financial sector, particularly life insurance and/or wealth management, is considered an asset Strong Microsoft Suite skills Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills Proven ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders Given the size and scope of our organization, we have the flexibility for this position to be located in the following head office locations: Toronto or Winnipeg. The base salary for this position is between $84,900 – $155,700 annually. This represents base salary only and does not include other variable compensation components such as annual bonus or commission.
