We are looking for a Life and Health Insurance Administrator to join BrokerLink and work out of our Woodbridge, Ontario branch on a Permanent FT Basis as part of the National Distribution Team. Work with various Life Insurance Companies and MGA’s. Deliver quality client service meeting defined service standards. Collaborate with Advisors, Life Administrators, and Insurers to meet client requests for policy changes. Support and assist Life and Health new business processes, in‑force and renewal processes, endorsements, summaries, statements and other necessary tasks within the client policy life cycle. Maintain high‑quality client files and documentation within our Broker Management System, ensuring industry‑compliant practices are adhered to. Complete client touch points throughout the policy life cycle. Identify cross‑sell, policy renewal and conversion opportunities for the Life Advisor to support departmental growth goals. Coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence with clients, companies, MGA and Sales Advisors. Participate in company initiatives and individual personal learning and development throughout the performance cycle. The Successful Candidate Will Have If you feel you have the equivalent skills, please apply. Post‑secondary education. Quality knowledge and working experience in Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Travel Insurance and Wealth Products. Bilingual (French‑English) an asset. Proficient in computer skills – keyboarding and MS Office. Exposure to Epic is an asset. Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Strong time‑management and organizational skills.
