The ideal candidate will be a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for chasing goals and realizing big dreams.OSL offers a competitive base pay, car allowance, and a lucrative uncapped commission structure, potentially totaling up to $90,000- $100,000 per year and more based on performance. Additional benefits include paid car allowance, tools for success, comprehensive training, job shadowing, ongoing coaching, and internal career growth opportunities.ResponsibilitiesDrive and support the sale of Bell’s TV, Internet, Home Phone, and Smart Home residential product suite by engaging residential customers face-to-face through tactics such as canvassing and cold calling.Work from a client-provided territory lead list to effectively market Bell products and drive sales in residential areas.Identify specific customer needs and tailor solutions to fit their lifestyle, ensuring a best-in-class customer service experience.Deliver a best-in-class customer experience as an ambassador of the Bell brand.Utilize the Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) system to manage your lead funnel.RequirementsAn ambitious self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.An outgoing people person with excellent communication skills.An expert in time management, evaluating priorities, and accomplishing goals.Motivated by rewards (uncapped commission means unlimited earning potential).A demonstrated ability to be a team player.Sales, Customer Service, and/or Marketing experience are assets.Reliable access to a personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license. #J-18808-Ljbffr
