OverviewJoin to apply for the Bilingual Customer Service Representative role at Irving Oil.As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for all customers with Irving Energy. Your goal will be ensuring all concerns of the customer are served, including account maintenance, billing inquiries, ordering products, and general contact with the company. Your success will be measured on your ability to provide excellent customer service in relation to product delivery.Your ResponsibilitiesProvide customer service by taking information for orders of heating oil, propane, stove oil and diesel, and for product to be delivered on the next scheduled delivery dayProvide point of contact for the customers of Irving Energy and excellence in service through verifying and updating customer account information, troubleshooting and/or solving basic account related problems, managing the needs of displeased callers, escalating issues as appropriate, providing accurate information on products and services and answering general inquiries, and offering value added servicesReduce company exposure by doing soft collections when customers call and forwarding to appropriate Customer Credit Representative as necessaryProcessing of customer payments via other payment optionsPerform other duties as required to maintain and enhance departmental productivityOutside of standard business hours be responsible for all afterhours activityYour SkillsAbility to work well with othersExcellent communication skillsAbility to work with little supervisionBasic computer skills a mustYour ExperienceHigh school/equivalencyPrior customer service experienceIrving Oil is committed to supporting a diverse and inclusive work environment.
