Job Description:

The Emergency Medical Technician-PCP is responsible for responding to emergency and non-emergent calls for service, provide initial assessment, treatment and transport of ill or injured persons.

Education Primary Care Paramedic diploma (PCP) Licenses Valid Class 4 driver's license Other Education and Training International Trauma Life Support Certificate (ITLS) Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS) Competencies Basic - Verbal communication skills Basic - Writing skills Basic - Interpersonal skills Knowledge and Abilities Ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team Ability to work independently Other Information Registered/eligible with the Saskatchewan College of Paramedics at PCP/EMT level Pangman is located approximately 61 km west of Weyburn Preference to HSAS members as per the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement For more information on the village of Pangman please visit https://www.pangman.ca/ Standard Hours No guaranteed hours
