Key Responsibilities

This role offers a variety of tasks and responsibilities. Some key duties include:

  • Greeting customers in a friendly manner and providing information about merchandise items, prices, brands, promotions, and store policies.
  • Processing daily shipments, organizing the warehouse area, and ensuring merchandise presentation standards are maintained.
  • Providing excellent customer service while processing refunds, exchanges, and purchases according to company guidelines.
  • Assisting with Fitting Room duties, including maintaining a clean and organized counter area.

Requirements

To begin your career with us, you'll need:

  • A high school education or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills.
  • The ability to set up and maintain a warehouse environment.
