Location Concord, Ontario, Canada (In‑Office Position) Responsibilities Day‑to‑Day Operations – Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to oversee day‑to‑day operations, manage ongoing projects, handle promotions and daily operations in CRM, and ensure seamless coordination between teams to drive efficient workflow and execution. Project Management – Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met, drive innovation by identifying areas for improvement, and adapt to changing priorities and challenges with a proactive mindset. Reliability and Efficiency – Demonstrate high reliability in managing critical tasks and projects, implement efficient operational processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and be available after work hours on an on‑demand basis. Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Engage with stakeholders from all departments, foster effective communication and collaboration, and communicate efficiently with relevant personnel to deliver tangible results promptly. Requirements 2–4 years of experience in an operational role (Project Manager or similar positions). Preferred: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field. Technical affinity and a grasp of technology. Thrives in a fast‑paced and dynamic work environment. Demonstrates high reliability in delivering on responsibilities and meeting deadlines.
