You see partnerships as generic networking rather than high‑stakes transactions You are uncomfortable moving deals forward with urgency and precision You struggle to adapt your approach depending on the audience—whether physicians, advisors, or internal teams You avoid environments where both detail and speed matter equally You prefer surface‑level relationship management instead of owning the full deal cycle ✅ What You’ll Do Pipeline Growth & Deal Sourcing: Identify, cultivate, and prioritize prospective practice partners using direct outreach, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies Credibility & Nuance with Physicians: Establish trust within seconds when meeting practice owners; bring empathy, clarity, and confidence that signals professionalism immediately Relationship Development with Velocity: Build rapport quickly while advancing deals efficiently—balancing warmth with urgency Deal Structuring & Execution: Lead the design and negotiation of customized deal structures that align incentives and reflect Meroka’s mission and the practice’s needs Integration Handoff: Ensure a thoughtful, documented, trust‑preserving transition to the Enablement team, leaving practices set up for success post‑close Cross‑Functional Insight Sharing: Translate conversations with practices into insights that shape product, finance, and operations strategy Onsite Representation: Represent Meroka in practice visits with professionalism and nuance, leaving prospective partners confident and energized Brings experience in corporate development, consulting, private equity, investment banking, or strategic partnerships Knows how to earn credibility immediately with sophisticated stakeholders like physicians and practice owners Is equally skilled in financial and structural dealmaking as in relationship management Has strong execution discipline—managing details, diligence, and integration with urgency Communicates with nuance—reading the room and tailoring the approach for different audiences Understands (or is eager to quickly learn) the healthcare landscape: MSOs, CPOM, and ownership models Thrives in dynamic, high‑stakes environments where speed, trust, and precision matter 💰 What We Offer Competitive compensation and health benefits Unlimited vacation and flexible working arrangements Ownership of end‑to‑end partnerships in a role that blends corporate development and immediate relationship credibility The opportunity to help independent medical practices transition into employee‑owned, thriving businesses A high‑trust, ambitious team that values integrity, creativity, and long‑term partnerships This role will require occasional travel to the USA and Canada for on‑site campaigns, team collaboration, and brand activations.
